Sometimes, you meet people whose passion for storytelling is so infectious, it fills the entire room. That's exactly what happened when I first encountered Lauren and A.T. of Songs of the Folk at a Chelmsford Ignite event. They weren't just performing their unique and authentic American folk and country blues-inspired music; they were weaving tales of inspiration, tradition, culture and personal experiences, sharing the heart behind every song, and utterly captivating everyone there. Their craft and authenticity as storytellers truly shone through.

Back in February, I had the absolute pleasure of joining them at a house-concert to record several live songs. It was a thrill to help them capture the genuine essence of their live performance, especially their unique connection with such a wonderfully intimate audience. Seeing their stories come to life through their music and their interaction with listeners was truly special, and the final series of videos I feel capture the emotions of the stories that they are singing.
