In order for us to make engaging videos for our clients, we collect and use a very small amount of data. This data will typically include your business contact information: your name, job title, business email address and business telephone number.

We’ll never ask for personal information such as bank details, home address, etc. Regardless of this, we understand that all data – whether it is publicly available or not – is important and should be handled with care.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

Your data is typically collected in one of three ways:

 

  1. When you submit a contact form on our website.

  2. If you call us we will ask you during the conversation in order to assist you with your quotation/proposal/project.

  3. We collect publicly available information from the organisation’s website.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We may contact you to notify you regarding your enquires or commissioned work, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA

Our client information is stored within our password protected and encrypted hard-drive system. Curious Spirit Pictures does not accept any form of card payments so we will never store these.

We will not keep your personal data longer than we need to, how long this is depends on several factors, including;

  • Why we collected it in the first place;

  • How old it is;

  • Whether there is a legal/regulatory reason for us to keep it;

  • Whether we need it to protect you or us.

The Curious Spirit Pictures website is built and hosted by wix.com and contains links to other websites. It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix service, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Curious Spirit Pictures Privacy Policy.
