Outside Essex: Travel is charged at 55p per mile (HMRC standard rate). For round trips exceeding 1.5 hours in total, travel time is charged at £40/hour.

Direct Expenses: Tolls (e.g., Dartford Crossing), parking fees, venue permits, and overnight accommodation (where necessary) are billed strictly at cost on your final invoice.
