Spread across 12 months, this annual partnership gives your business a dedicated strategic video storyteller on tap. Secure 12 filming days and any combination of 3 tailored marketing, training and learning, or case study video stories deployed flexibly as your strategic goals evolve.
Production & Travel Expenses

Local Filming: Travel within Essex is included in all package rates.

Outside Essex: Travel is charged at 55p per mile (HMRC standard rate). For round trips exceeding 1.5 hours in total, travel time is charged at £40/hour.

Direct Expenses: Tolls (e.g., Dartford Crossing), parking fees, venue permits, and overnight accommodation (where necessary) are billed strictly at cost on your final invoice.

Specialist Venues & Talent: Hired studio spaces, external venues, and professional actors or presenters are arranged and quoted separately based on your specific brief.

Payment Schedule: A 20% deposit is required upfront to secure services. Production requires 30% prior to shoot days, with the final 50% balance due upon project completion.
