A trailer for the Chelmsford Pioneer's Light Parade event on February 9th 2023 which celebrated Crompton, Marconi, Hoffman, Knight, Chappelow & Attridge. A STEAM project, the Ideas Hub worked in partnership with two local primary schools to grow the career aspirations of children from deprived backgrounds which culminated in a community Light Parade to showcase the work of the children and bring people together whilst also celebrating the pioneers of Chelmsford. The school part of the project was funded by a £98,000 grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Community Part, the Light Parade by an Arts Council England Grant.
